Warranty Coverage:
1.Duration: This warranty is valid for five years from the date of installation.

•All security system components, including cameras, alarm systems, access control devices, and networking equipment, are covered.
•Labor costs for repairs or replacements of any covered components are included.
3.Covered Issues:
•Defective Parts: Any malfunction or defect in the components installed by Solomon Security, provided it is not caused by external factors or misuse.
•Installation Errors: Any issues arising from improper installation by Solomon Security technicians.
•Software and Firmware Updates: Any necessary software or firmware updates to ensure the system functions properly.
4.Exclusions:
•Mother Nature Events: Damage caused by natural disasters such as lightning, floods, hurricanes, earthquakes, or other acts of God.
•Physical Damage: Any damage resulting from vandalism, accidents, or unauthorized modifications by third parties.
•Power Surges: Damage due to power surges not caused by the installed system.
•Neglect or Misuse: Any damage or malfunction resulting from the customer’s neglect, misuse, or failure to follow the user manual.
5.Service Charge for Non-Warranty Issues:
•If an issue arises and it is determined to be outside the scope of this warranty, a service charge of $250 will be applied for the diagnostic visit and any repairs required.
•This charge covers the technician’s time and resources used to diagnose the issue, even if no repairs are made.
Customer Responsibilities:
1.Maintenance: Customers are expected to perform routine maintenance as outlined in the user manual, such as cleaning lenses or replacing batteries.
2.Prompt Reporting: Customers should report any issues or malfunctions as soon as they are noticed to prevent further damage and ensure timely repairs.
3.Authorized Service: Warranty coverage is only valid if repairs or modifications are performed by Solomon Security or an authorized service provider. Unauthorized repairs or modifications will void the warranty.
Claim Process:
1.Reporting an Issue: Contact Solomon Security’s customer service at 469-809-6009 or via email to report any issues covered by this warranty.
2.Evaluation: A technician will be dispatched to assess the problem. If the issue is covered by the warranty, repairs will be made at no cost.
3.Non-Covered Issues: If the issue is found to be outside the scope of this warranty, the customer will be informed, and the $250 service charge will be applied before proceeding with any repairs.
4.Documentation: After service, customers will receive a detailed report outlining the issue, the work performed, and confirmation of whether the service was covered under warranty.
Warranty Transfer:
This warranty is transferable to a new property owner if the system remains intact and Solomon Security is notified of the ownership change.
Limitations:
This warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by Solomon Security and supersedes any other express or implied warranties. Solomon Security’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of covered components and does not extend to incidental or consequential damages.
