Guardian Lens Security Inc, doing business as Solomon Security (“Solomon Security”, “we”, “us”), installs security cameras, alarm systems, access control and related security systems for homes and businesses in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us or use solomonsecuritytx.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you request a security assessment, a quote or a call back, through our website, a Facebook or Instagram lead form, a phone call or a text message, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, the city or address of the property, the type of property, the service you are interested in, and anything you write in a message field.
When you visit our website we collect standard technical data through cookies and similar tools: pages viewed, the device and browser you use, your approximate location, and the campaign or search that brought you here. We use Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement for this.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, schedule and confirm site visits, prepare and follow up on quotes, provide and support the systems we install, send appointment reminders and service notices, and improve our website and advertising. We may contact you by phone, email or text message about your request.
Text messaging
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, Solomon Security may send you text messages about your request, your appointment or your service, including by automated means. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, such as our customer relationship software, our messaging and phone provider, our website host and our advertising and analytics tools, and only so they can perform those services for us. Retention
We keep your information for as long as we need it to serve your request and your account, to meet legal and accounting obligations, and to resolve disputes. You can ask us to delete it at any time, subject to those obligations.
Your choices
You can opt out of texts by replying STOP, unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message, and ask us to correct or delete your information by contacting us below. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
